Pushbullet's IFTTT Channel Is Online!

By Ryan Oldenburg on

The new Pushbullet Channel on IFTTT makes it easy to get notifications for the things you care about from over 80 apps on the web. This is really cool!

IFTTT is a service that lets you create customized connections between apps. You do this by creating Recipes centering around the statement “If This Then That”.

Here are some of my favorite recipes that we’ve put together so far:

IFTTT Recipe: If new Humble Bundle announced, then send me a link connects feed to pushbullet IFTTT Recipe: If tomorrow’s forecast calls for rain, then send me a note connects weather to pushbullet IFTTT Recipe: If my package's shipping status changes, then send me a note connects boxoh-package-tracking to pushbullet IFTTT Recipe: If new Amazon.com free Android app of the day, then send me a link connects feed to pushbullet IFTTT Recipe: If I'm tagged on Facebook, then send me a link connects facebook to pushbullet IFTTT Recipe: If Lifehacker posts a new Download Roundup then send me the link connects feed to pushbullet

The best part about IFTTT is that you can completely customize it to work for you.

No need to feel constrained by the recipes we’ve put together—you can build your own really easily. We’re looking forward to seeing the interesting uses you come up with for the new Pushbullet Channel!
